Comments about Osprey Verve 7 Hydration Pack - 70 fl. oz. - Women's:
I bought this to act as my small bike/hike hydration pack. Mainly for trips last only a few hours. It holds everything I need. Keys, ID, some snacks, water in the reservoir, and an extra layer. Occasionally I wish the it had more pockets or bigger ones, but that's why Osprey makes a Verve 10. When the reservoir is filled it can be a little difficult to put stuff in the larger pocket. The bungee straps are nice to hold a lightweight long sleeve layer. I've 5'10" and am pretty chesty. the straps fit fine around me. Occasionally when I wear short sleeves when hiking my under arms rub on the strap adjuster, but that just takes a little shifting and it's fine. Not bothersome enough for me to take it off. Even with it filled with water, it's fairly light, definitely beats having to dig my Nalgene out of my pack. The magnet is very handy and was the primary reason I went with Osprey instead of Camelback. I have had no problems with leaking and I've used it half a dozen times biking and hiking.
