- 2 side LEDs and 1 central 0.5W LED throw light a maximum distance of 32m, bettering the 21m of the original Moxie
- Streamlined design sets the beam at an efficient illumination angle; ratcheting swivel head aims light where you need it
- 2 bright LEDs and single 0.5W LED operate independently; switch on top lets you select from low, medium or high lighting levels for each
- Strobe functions for the paired LEDs and the 0.5W LED add signaling capabilities
- Water-resistant construction for full-on reliability in inclement weather

The light quality, adjustability, and intensity are good. I like having 3 light settings plus 2 strobe modes. The item is lightweight and easy to use for something in this price range. However, the back part of the casing, the part that attaches to the elastic strap, broke partially after a few nights on the trail. Also the lamp cover, main body, and back panel slip easily out of alignment, so you have to be careful when changing the batteries. It is not bad enough for me to return or abandon the item, but I will want a sturdier item in the future.

I use this lamp all the time. The elastic is very comfortable, I actually forget I am wearing it sometimes. I use is for camping and for checking on my farm at night. There are two settings, one with a very bright focused beam and the other that lights up nearly everything around you. It comes with batteries and takes three AAA batteris.
