    Very comfortable stretchy neoprene, holds the phone snug to your body and does not bounce. I like it and jog with it all the time. BUT, and this is really important, the velcro closure that holds the phone in is not reliable. I had my iPhone pop out while jogging. Also the straps can easily slip all the way through the buckle clip resulting in the whole unit falling off. Serious problems, but easily fixed with 3 safety pins. 2 pins to keep the straps from sliding through the buckle that never have to be touched again and one pin to backup the velcro closure. You may come up with a more elegant fix, but you had best fix it before using it.
