The North Face Midweight XTC long underwear bottoms for men use bamboo-derived charcoal and polyester for a high-performance base layer.
- Polyester and bamboo-derived charcoal polyester blend for moisture- and UV-management using natural means instead of chemicals
- Polyester yarns are embedded with charcoal from carbonized bamboo; the highly porous nature of carbon helps wick and disperse moisture, drying quickly
- Bamboo charcoal naturally removes odor and particles from fabric—just like your water filter— and won't wash out
- Naturally UV-resistant fabric with a UPF 50+ rating shields skin from the sun's harmful ultraviolet rays
- Flatseam construction is soft and nonchafing next to skin
