I used this for a 22 mile road run yesterday. It stayed in place, no chaffing. It has enough room for a cell,2X GU, keys and another bottom pocket for more( I left that empty). The chest strap gets the shoulder straps out of your pits so it doesnt rub. Water was enough to only refil 1 time, for shorter sane runs it would be enough with out refill. Minimal sloshing, I couldnt hear it at all if both ear buds were in. Supper Happy I found this, and the blue is nice too! Finaly a pack made for Women runners!

I really like this product. It has enough room for your phone, a power bar, and some extra cash, but not much else really. If you're just going for a chill ride, then it's probably perfect for you. It fits really well even though there is only a strap across your chest (I had wanted one for my waist, too). My only beef is there's no clip for the bite valve. This leads to it bumping around and smacking your face if you're riding over any ruff terrain. Not a big problem, but it wasn't something I thought about until I bought the product and kept getting smacked in the face during my ride.

I just used this for the first time today and I am in love. I used it for a little 5 mile run to test it out. Stays put, comfortable, doesn't chafe, easy to use. The only bad thing that I can think of are the absence of a clip for the mouthpiece, kind of just flops around (I eventually tucked it under the sternum strap). Just a great buy altogether!

Love it!! Just ran 8 miles in 100 degree heat and it worked great! Super excited to be able to run during the summer in Texas!! There is no clip but I tucked it in the chest strap and it worked perfectly!!
