              I was looking for a less encumbering way to hydrate on long 'out-and-back' runs, and I figured I'd give this one a shot. Price and size were my main concerns, and this bak did not disappoint. Hydration belts are great, but this compact bladder is better - highly adjustable strap length (and I'm small, so it matters), negligible added weight that is well-distributed, and liquid stays surprisingly cool in the main hold, even after 3 hours with your back to the sun. Straps are outfitted to accomodate many forms of fuel, from packs to flasks, and the zippered pocket on the outside of the pack is perfect for a key, ID, cash, and a phone (mine doubles as my MP3 player and it's nice to not have the earbud wires in my way or anything wrapped around my arm/waist).
              My husband also pointed out that it is perfect to take on an outing to the zoo or museums, especially with children.
              Lightweight, easy to fill, easy to clean. If 50oz is all you need, or you have an available re-fill source along the way, you really can't go wrong with the Hydrobak.

                I bought this for use during my weekend cycling getaways which generally lasts for 2 hours. This is teh perfect capacity and very convinient to drink on the go. Also the nozzle design ensure no spillage. I even use this for my day trek, the best part is you can remove the pouch and use it in your REI packs
