Comments about CamelBak M.U.L.E. NV Hydration Pack - 100 fl. oz.:
Excellent backpack. I ride to class everyday, so a sport oriented bag was a must. I looked up tons of reviews for the MULE NV and never saw anything negative, so I gave it a shot. No regrets. There are adjustment straps in all the right places, the back panel is vented and ultra comfortable, and the 3L CamelBak bladder works great. When I ride to class, I put all my books/laptop in the main compartment, and the rest of my stuff (like shoes/sandals, U lock) in the helmet pouch. The straps at the bottom of the bag are also great for hanging my shoes on so I'm not walking around in bike cleats all day. Definitely a good pack.

Comments about CamelBak M.U.L.E. NV Hydration Pack - 100 fl. oz.:
This pack is perfect for whatever you want to throw at it. I regularly hit the mountain bike trails in Southern Nevada, where water is a must. I can easily pack the 3 Liters in this, plus extra, and still have room for lunch, snacks, lighting, jacket, toilet kit, phone...basically anything I would need in an emergency. I love, Love, LOVE this pack! I would definitely buy it again, plus, I have always had great luck with Camelbak gear...long lasting, durable, sturdy construction.

Comments about CamelBak M.U.L.E. NV Hydration Pack - 100 fl. oz.:
At the Marlton REI in New Jersey this product was [$] instead of [$]. Its well worth the price. Knock offs which are 3 times more cheap will break faster, will be less comfortable, and grow mold faster in the bladder. I am going on a 18 day bike tour in New England and I am definitely going to bring this. Its a life saver, from cycling to hiking, for running this product is too big and bulky for running. Having the REI membership is a good thing to have to return products etc. If you buy any Camelbak, buying the cleaning kit is worth it.

Comments about CamelBak M.U.L.E. NV Hydration Pack - 100 fl. oz.:
Ive had this pack for about a year now and absolutely love it. Its continuously been used for everything from day hikes in RMNP to day-long bike rides to daily commuting and has held up wonderfully. The 3L bladder is the perfect size to keep you hydrated all-day long and holds whatever gear you may need while the multiple pockets keep everything organized and easy to access. Lastly, the NV back panel is super comfortable and definitely worth the extra $.

I day hike in southern Arizona with a couple hiking groups, and I am able to carry all necessities with me, e.g., binoculars, water or gatorade, radio, GPS, food, jacket, flashlight, & knife.

Comments about CamelBak M.U.L.E. NV Hydration Pack - 100 fl. oz.:
I bought this pack as a replacement for an old Lobo. I needed a little more storage capacity and this is perfect. It has enough room for a my essentials and an extra layer. It's super stable and the ventilated back works way better than the one on my old Lobo. The only thing that I think could be improved are the interior organization pockets. It's a bit hard to use them all because they're layered on top of each other. If one is full it's hard to fit anything in the pockets behind it. Minus one star for that. Everything else is perfect.

When I got the pack home, I found nice compartments I was not aware of in the store. The only downside was it was very expensive.

Comments about CamelBak M.U.L.E. NV Hydration Pack - 100 fl. oz.:
This is my 1st Camelback with the new bladder system. Good stuff since I was super frustrated with there old screw on lid. The new 1/4 turn/lock lid is WAY easier to use. Another nice feature is the quick release hose and baffled bladder.
I didn't think I could tell much of a difference with the new NV vented back, but I was wrong. On one of my first rides I felt a big difference in venting over my old camelback.
If I was to improve this pack I would only do 3 things. (1) Add about 3 inches to the hose. (2) Go with a slightly bigger zipper ( which will last longer). (3) Get rid of the velcro on the adjustable shoulder strap's ( tends to catch on jerseys).
Overall this is the best Camelback I've had in the last 10 years.
