Comments about Big Agnes Roxy Ann +15 Sleeping Bag - Women's:
I LOVE this bag! I have always had a problem slipping off my ground pad every time I moved. My pillow would squirt out from under my head. These are no longer a problem with this bag. And it's amazing how much better I sleep now. I also sleep on my side. I can comfortably do that in this bag. And boy, do I love the extra foot room! I'm not a sausage anymore.
I used my existing ground pad and silk liner. Both work perfectly without having to rebyt those items.
A great nights sleep is important in the backcountry after humping a pack all day. Iand this bags gives you that!

Comments about Big Agnes Roxy Ann +15 Sleeping Bag - Women's:
I have used this sleeping bag on two 6 day/5 night wilderness backpacking trips. I LOVE This bag! I used slide off my ground pad every time I moved and my pillow would shoot out from under my head. I sleep so much better by having the ground pad stay in place. And the room…I sleep on my side. This bag gives me room to do that comfortably. I am also a big fan of the extra foot room. I just don't feel like a sausage anymore!
I already had a silk liner and my existing ground pad fit perfectly. So I didn't need to buy anything new to accomidate my new bag.

Love how the mattress and pillow slip into their own compartment and stay in place. Makes it soooo comfy! I set it up in my new tent in the back yard just to try it out and almost fell asleep in it!

Comments about Big Agnes Roxy Ann +15 Sleeping Bag - Women's:
I've used this bag a few times and I like that the sleeping pad slips into the back of the bag so I won't slide off it or get tangled up in my bag while sleeping. I also like that it has an attachment to hold a pillow in place. I stuff my down jacket in there instead of carrying a real pillow and it does the trick! I wouldn't recommend this bag for backpacking or minimalists though. Since there is no insulation on the back of the bag, using a pad is absolutely necessary. I don't generate much of my own body heat but I stayed plenty warm in the low 40's. Not sure I would trust it beyond 25-30 degrees though.

Comments about Big Agnes Roxy Ann +15 Sleeping Bag - Women's:
I was hesitant to spend this much money on a sleeping bag but it has proven to be worth every dime. Planning on an extensive Colorado Trail backpacking trip and needed something lightweight and compact. This has not let me down. I get very uncomfortable in tighter mummy style sleeping bags and this modified mummy is perfect. It allows for movement yet the more compact shoulder area keeps body heat in the bag. Before purchasing I read several reviews and noticed that a few people did not like the sleeping pad insert feature. I find this most convenient. I found that it made for a night of undisturbed sleep as I've had several nights of sliding off of sleeping pads and waking up on cold hard ground. The down fill is high quality and does everything it should...keeps you warm in the cold and cool in the warm.
All in all, I love it. I've become a Big Agnes convert for sure.

Comments about Big Agnes Roxy Ann +15 Sleeping Bag - Women's:
Built just for me -- I'm tall (5'9), broad-shouldered, thin on top and wider at the hips with long legs. Thought I hated the mummy shape since it was too restricting for me. Not with this one. I am cozy through the night, my legs have plenty of room to move. Around the face, you needn't just pull a drawstring and have the hood close around you. Yes, you can do that, too, but an added benefit with the Roxy Ann is that there are two small down "puffs" that enclose your chin from below. They're perfect to feel like your shoulders and neck are covered but your head isn't jammed in to a hood. I bought the Big Agnes insert and it made the deal complete. I'd buy it again any time.

Comments about Big Agnes Roxy Ann +15 Sleeping Bag - Women's:
I bought this bag for camping and backpacking in and around Montana and Wyoming. Needless to say, nights are cold here even in the summertime. I figured a 15 degree bag would suffice since temperatures drop to about 30 degrees at night around here, even in the summer season. I am a very cold sleeper outdoors, and after many tries I just could not warm up with this bag. I think a lot of it has to do with the roomier design. The extra space allows cold air to creep in and circulate in the bag, and every time I switched positions (I'm a flipper flopper sleeper) I would get struck with cold air pockets. I would wake up several times a night cold in this bag. Finally, at a last resort before going on a backpacking trip I purchased a Kelty liner at a local outfitter which made all the difference in the world. I could actually sleep through the night because I was warm enough. I think its because I had that cocoon of warmth directly on my body. The con of using a liner is the extra weight, but I packed it for the sake of staying warm and getting a good nights sleep. Another thing is the zipper snags almost every time I try to zip and unzip. I have to use both hands to open and close it or it will snag on the fabric.
Overall, if you are not a cold sleeper and camping in warmer temps this is a great bag. (MT and WY has some of the coldest weather in the USA). It is well-made and I really wanted to make it work for me, but unfortunately I think I'm going to have to swap it out for a warmer, less roomy bag. I am also 5'3" so I bought the petite version, but there is still a ton of room in the foot box so I have to shove all my clothes and jackets down there to keep warm. I just feel like I have to do a lot of extra work with this bag to keep warm. Smartwool longjohns + liner + clothes and jacket in footbox = all the steps I've tried to stay warm in this bag. Needless to say, the next time I can get to the REI store I will be shopping for a new one.

Comments about Big Agnes Roxy Ann +15 Sleeping Bag - Women's:
The Big Agnes system is the best sleeping bag/pad system I've ever used. With the pad integrated in the bag, you never slide off, can flip around freely without the bag getting twisted, and you stay warm. The hood keeps the heat in well without being annoying, and the padded collar at the neck really lets you tuck yourself in well.
Also, the pillow pouch at the head of it is a godsend. I stuff a jacket or something like that in there and you've got a legit pillow that stays put; all my fellow campers were jealous.
Also, the air pad is WAY more comfortable than a foam pad; I can actually sleep on my side and not wake up feeling like my clavicle is broken.
If I had one thing to say against the system, it's that the pad makes it rigid enough that you can't sit up in the sleeping bag, which I like to do on cold mornings.
Overall, warm, comfy, consistent, packs well, only wake up with a feather or two on me,and it's pretty to boot. I'd get it again in a minute.

Comments about Big Agnes Roxy Ann +15 Sleeping Bag - Women's:
Bought this for the wife as an up grade from her old one. She loves camping but said she never had a sleeping bag that was this comfortable. It was worth the money! It was roomy enough for her and our two year old little girl; our daughter has used it to sleep in her room for days now saying "mommy needs to get own new sleepy bag now."
