Comments about Pearl Izumi P.R.O. In-R-Cool Bib Bike Shorts - Men's:
I had used the PI regular bike shorts prior to buying these. I saw a write up on another site and decided to give these bibs a try. At the checkout counter the girl told me I would not be sorry for buying these bibs.... she was totally right!!! Very comfortable with no binding or riding up or down. To give you an idea of sizing I am 6' 6" tall and weigh 191lbs. The Large size fits me perfectly. I could have gone to XL but I think this would have been totally unnecessary. I have used these bibs several times now and I wash them each time and hang them to dry (no dryer)...they come pout really great that way. Highly recommended!!!!

Comments about Pearl Izumi P.R.O. In-R-Cool Bib Bike Shorts - Men's:
I started out with PI Elite shorts. Put 1000 miles on those. LBS owner recommended bibs. So I got my first pair of PI PRO bibs. Put 2000 miles on those. Liked them enough to get a second pair, which are the PI PRO In-R-Cool variety. So now I rotate between the three.
The In-R-Cool bibs are better than my first PRO bibs. They fit tighter, provide more compression, stay cooler, and I am convinced I ride faster in them. I am 6'2", 200 lb, and I have size large. They fit very well. Straps do not dig in, but also do not move. Inseam is just a bit shorter than I would like, putting the cuff about 2 inches above my knees. Would rather it be longer. But cuffs do not move or roll up or bind. Good overall fit.
If you've never owned bibs, get some. They are much more comfortable than shorts since there is no waist to do any pinching. The PI PRO bibs also have a good chamois. I rode back-to-back centuries last fall and these bibs performed very well.
My PI bibs and shorts have also held up well. My PI Elite shorts have one loose seam after two years of wear (~3000 miles).
