We primarily use this for camping and for the occasional guest. It works great for both and holds air for multiple days before needing a top-up. I've had many other mattresses that would deflate in hours - this one definitely holds air.
The first set of queen sheets we tried would slip off but other sets worked much better, especially flannel material because it seemed to grip better.
The storage bag is sized well so you don't have to be a magician to get it back in the bag and the rechargeable inflator lasts for several inflations.
Definitely the best air mattress we've ever had.

It's comfortable enough on flat ground, but I was camping on a slight incline. I kept on sliding off of it, which was not comfortable. It needs some sort of flocking to keep sleeping bags from slipping off of it.
