Ive had these shorts for a few months now and these are my favorite ones to wear when Im out on a run. I use these shorts about twice a week. Super comfortable and flexible. Love the 2 in 1 aspect of these shorts. The inner liner is a compression short, like a bike short that goes down mid thigh. I find this gives extra support and a little more comfortable than the speedo type liner that you find in a lot of running shorts.

2 mini pockets that hold the essentials while on a run. No side pockets. Keeps you dry like Nike says on hot days. Overall great shorts. 7 inches I find are just perfect, especially if you have long legs like me. Haven't had any issues yet of stitching falling out or tearing. Well made.

I got a 30 inch waist and wear a size M.

Bought these shorts recently and immediately took them out for a six mile run. The shorts are great and the 7" inseam is perfect for me. Added interior support is a bonus. When I first put these on I thought maybe I received the wrong size as they seemed just a little smaller in sizing (which is noted above under "Fit"), but it isn't much. Interior key pocket is there, you just have to look and the rear center zippered pocket is perfect for a picture ID. I'll be buying another pair in the future.
