Great pants for travel or everyday.
I'm always looking for pants with pockets and these pants have them--deep slash hand pockets plus a zippered pocket on each thigh. This makes these perfect for travel because I can carry my small camera or cell phone in the thigh pockets, and can readily access the pockets for Kleenex, mints, etc. when on an airplane.

Bought them in gray and liked them so much I bought a second pair in khaki. Had to shorten them, but I always have to shorten any pants I buy, so this was not a problem.
They roll up at the bottom and have snap fasteners further up the leg, turning them into instant capri pants. How nifty is that?

My only complaint is that they don't come in black. I don't understand this because black is the perfect color for travel pants--doesn't show dirt and grime, and goes with everything.
But these are great travel pants and I highly recommend them!

These pants are compact and great for backpacking. They are very comfortable, don't tear easily, and great for hiking - my leg got caught on a branch. I've got the scar to prove it, but my pants went unharmed. They are great for sitting too close to the campfire - these pants are great at resisting burns. They are great windblockers in snowy weather and dry quickly if you step too deep. I have yet to wear them as shorts, but it seems thats where they saved my legs the most. Definitely well worth the cost!

The size 4 are too big for me, and they don't seem to make a size 2. I really like these pants but can't have them if they don't make them small enough. I am not that small ( 5'5', 120) - no other company's size 4 is too big for me. Frustrating...
