Comments about Columbia Mountain Tech II Crew Shirt - Men's:
I bought 2 of these shirts for a an upcoming trip to Peru and tested them out on a 4 day back-packing trip before-hand.
Within the first day the shirt had started to show serious fabric pilling where the shoulder straps rested. The stitching had also started to come unraveled where the pack's belt contacted the side of the shirt. After switching over to the other shirt I experienced the same problems with it.
Bottom line is this shirt fits and feels great but just doesn't stand up to any real use.

Comments about Columbia Mountain Tech II Crew Shirt - Men's:
Great shirt in terms of breathability and it doesn't stink too bad. Lightweight, dries fast, the usual to expect from this type of shirt. The price, however, should be an indicator of the quality of the fabric. One sharp tree branch and this shirt has now got a gaping hole in the arm. By my standards, if I don't need stitches, my shirt shouldn't need stitches, so this one's going back.

Comments about Columbia Mountain Tech II Crew Shirt - Men's:
This is a super smooth and soft shirt. Feels like cotton, if not better. It is a little this but that is good if you don't like heavy shirts. Lots of color choices is a huge plus for work. Doesn't carry odors like all my other synthetic T-shirts. Only downside is that it "pilled" in some places after just one wash! I hope they fix that problem in the future...otherwise it is perfect!

Comments about Columbia Mountain Tech II Crew Shirt - Men's:
I love the way these shirts fit and feel. In the 3-4 months that I have been wearing these shirts I have seen a few issues. As stated above, the fabric pills. Any kind of rubbing or other then that caused by multiple clothing layers results in pilling. The other thing I notice is no matter how many times I wash the shirts they retain odors. I do not consider myself a smelly person, but after only a few months of use these shirts have already reached the threshold for odor. As a result of these two factors I would recommend these shirt, but only as a casual wear. Do not wear these if you carry anything that will rub against it. Do not wear these if you are doing something that is going to make you sweat or during an activity with abnormal odors "grilling in the backyard or sitting by a camp fire = shirts smell like smoke even after a wash".

Comments about Columbia Mountain Tech II Crew Shirt - Men's:
Took this shirt out last week to Chevlon Lake In Arizona. The temps were very hot during the day and my back stayed completely dry even with a pack on. Shirt is very stylish and fitted. I usually wear a Large in most shirts but a Medium in this shirt fits perfect. I plan on buying a few other colors, love the shirt.
