Comments about Kelty Callisto +15 Sleeping Bag:

In May I bought two of these bags to replace our old flannel lined Coleman bags after a night of freezing temperatures drove me nuts. I'd been cold every time we used the old bags for 20 years.

Since then I've used a single bag for four nights and the two zipped together for four nights for a total of 5 trips. 4 of the trips have been on the California coast. Most overnight temperatures have been in the low 50s with wind and fog. I've been warm and comfortable each time.

The zipper on this bag works very well. It stays zipped, doesn't catch as much as other bags I've had, and I like the zipper pull since it's easy to get a hold of in the dark. The cords around the top of the bag pull up nice and snug around my neck, reducing the draft that gets in. It's much smaller and lighter than my old car-camping bags. Two bags zip together easily. This bag is roomy enough that I don't feel claustrophobic, and I'm pretty wide. The price for these bags seems pretty reasonable.

I used my old Kelty mummy bag for 19 years and it was great. I like Kelty products.
