    Take on trad climbs and alpine adventures with the tough Petzl Xion 10.1mm x 60m dry rope.

    • Core and sheath strands are treated with DuraTec Dry treatment to help prevent the rope from absorbing water
    • 10.1mm diameter holds up to regular use at the crag while keeping the rope light enough so you can haul it into a climb
    • Rope is woven to offer a suppleness similar to that of thinner ropes
    • Climb Ready Coil⁚ allows the rope to be used right out of the package; butterfly coil prevents tangles and kinking—just tie-in and start climbing
    • Middle of the rope is marked with a single black bar to facilitate rappels

            This rope is awesome. I got it as a gift and have been using it for guiding at Castle Rock State Park,CA. The Xion is easy to clip and lighter than others I've used in the past for single pitch climbs and setting up TR's for clients. This rope glides well over slabs, crack and corners. Gives a soft catch for clients on overhangs. It is a workhorse and must have for people who use and abuse their ropes.

              Excellent first rope to buy. The durability of the rope is excellent. I use this rope outside most of the time and I have not had any problems with it. the only thing I would suggest is to buy a bag.

                  Been climbing for years all over the U.S. but spend most of my time at RRG. Ive used this rope for 89 days this year and it still looks and feels brand new. Its my "thick" projecting rope and I use the Nomad for sending.
