      I could not get the watch to tell time. I set it twice and it immediately delayed and over a 4 hour period it was 2 hours behind. I returned it the day after I bought it and this was the only one of its kind in the store. I wish I had known that and I felt it cost me another trip to the store that was unnecessary.

      I called Momentum after I purchased the 1st watch which ran 10 mins slow in 24 hrs. and stopped intermittently. They told me the problems I had "never happened". I returned the watch and ordered another which I just received. The 2nd watch arrived with the wrong color buckle (silver) and no instructions. I again called Momentum. They said these problems "never happened". I think their QC is suspect. If I have any problems with this one, it is going back to REI and I am gonna buy a Casio.

      I really like the ergonomics, legibility and looks of this watch. Unfortunately, the black coating is starting to scratch off on the bezel edge after just a couple of weeks. I'm a fan of St. Moritz/Momentum watches but think I'll stick to raw ti from now on. Thankfully, there's that REI satisfaction guarantee.

        This watch is really nice. When I first put it on the band was a little stiff and had to be worn in, about a week and it fit nicely. I've even swam in it and it's comfortable and water tight. It's a great watch.
