Comments about Runner's World Sport Armband:
Regardless of what they tell you in the store, this Runner's World Armband doesn't work with iPhone 4.

Comments about Runner's World Sport Armband:
I liked how thin this armband was compared to others on the market, and the absence of plastic buckles was nice. The method of inserting/removing the phone, through a stretchable slot on the back, is also pretty nice and uncomplicated.
However, after just one run the silver "fabric," around the key-keeper had ripped when I tried to remove my key. This was partially due to the fact that the key slot was poorly designed, and also due to the choice of material, which ripped like paper card stock rather than fabric. I figured the shelf-life wouldn't be long and returned it.

Comments about Runner's World Sport Armband:
I have used this armband 4 days a week for the last nine months it finally stretched out and I just bought another one. I have worn it training and in many races including 2 Half Marathons rain or shine it did it's job!

Comments about Runner's World Sport Armband:
It's sad that Runners World has their name on this product. I use the armband for running and the neoprene acts like a sponge and allowed sweat to get into the iphone dock port. Now my phone won't charge. The controls worked well enough through the plastic window for what it's worth. If you don't sweat then this would be an ok product.

Comments about Runner's World Sport Armband:
I have owned this armband since Christmas 2010 (I received it as a gift). It's grip at first was superior to others I have used, but I was immediately disappointed in the visibility of my iPhone screen through the plastic. I suppose that is a necessary inconvenience for waterproofing. After 3 uses though, the velcro started coming off and came off completely after only 20 uses!! The velcro was only attached to the arm band with glue!

Comments about Runner's World Sport Armband:
This armband can barely fit an iphone 4 with case, which is fine. The problem is the see-through cover on the front -- the friction between the cover and the phone makes it really difficult to put the phone all the way down the pouch.
Second, I think it is a more serious issue especially for running during a hot day. The case has its opening on the back (facing your arm). Sweat can easily get contact with the phone.
I have already used it for a run so I will keep it. But won't recommend it.
