I'm 155 and 5'10 and the medium fits very well. I had it on in 40F weather playing ultimate frisbee and got too warm. Not sure how well it breathes or how it performs when wet, but it fits well and is a great brown color.

Thanks to the earlier reviews, I ordered XL for my 5'9 185-lb frame and it fit perfectly. Order large. Comfortable shirt for sure. I haven't tried the sweat test yet, but the material is similar to other satisfying shirts I have, so I'm not worried.
