Nearly 10 years ago, I purchased a Moonstone Thermolite that has journeyed many a hikes & backpacking adventures (including snow-shoe level) and to date, still breathing. Love my Moonstone, however, it does not have a hood, which I have been cravin! Hence, this recent purchase(s)...
Ended up buying the blue & green, as both colors struck me curiously interested. Brought them home, tried on & had a very difficult time deciding! Ended up with the blue and the roommate decided to purchase the green from me; she liked the fit, warmth & style so much she opted in!
Being that I like my upper apparel a bit loose, I will probably return for a large. I am of medium size (6-8) & the size medium is perfect, but should I attack another snow-shoe adventure I likes some room for layering!
In sum, looking forward to putting some nature treks on this one...

Love this jacket! I was worried that a small would be a little snug with a sweater underneath, but I wear a 4 - 6 and a small fits comfortably with a long sleeve tee and a sweater. I can move freely - nothing feels tight- but the jacket doesn't look big or bulky. The green is a beautiful color.

This jacket was very comfortable, lightweight and warm (from what I could tell..it is summer...). But the elastic on the sleeves was too tight for my liking and I will end up returning it. It tightened right at your wrist and I like my jackets to be able to cover my hands when I am cold. Would have kept it otherwise. I liked that it had a hood, which not all insulated jackets have.
