The jacket is roomy through the hips and chest but still has a feminine shape. I am please that it is roomy without being too long or overly boxy. It seems proportioned for average to short statured people. The hood has nice coverage without being sloppy. It seems very comparable to other high end gortex guide jackets. The black color does have some white stitching which seems a bit odd at first, but the more I wear it, the more I like this feature as it breaks up the monotony of the solid black jacket.

First of all, this jacket would be a great fit for a shorter person with a larger bust. However, I am 5'11' and the medium did not even reach the waistband of my pants. It was also humongous in the armpits (probably would be great for someone with a larger bust). The picture doesn't show it but some of the stitching is white which I didn't particularly like.
The fabric seems like a great quality for the price, but due to the fit I will be returning it.
