A great jacket to have available for cool, windy days in nature or when you encounter a cold air conditioned room while traveling. I note that one purchaser did not care for the beige color. I like it a lot and beige is not typically one of the colors I buy. It's a nice, soft sandy color that can be used with anything. While I just purchased the jacket and haven't put it to a strenuous test yet, it is made of that wonderful dryflylite fabric that several of my shirts are. I'm sure it will be like them: easy care, easy travel, easy wear & very durable. I took my shirts on a 5 week trip rolled, secured with a rubber band & placed into a round duffle that fit into pods on our experimental airplane and they came out wrinkle free and ready to wear. Can't beat that or the price [...]. You might be able to wear a size smaller than usual but the sleeves do fold up and secure if too long. I ordered 2 sizes & like the jacket so much will keep both, one for a gift for my daughter.

I purchased this online. When I opened it at my REI store, I knew right away that I hated the color (bone), or should I say lack of color.
It's a thin, skin colored fabric. I can't imagine it being flattering on anybody. I returned it on the spot.
I later ordered the copper version. As it has some color and a pattern, it looks alot better. I took it on vacation to Jamaica, and it was great to throw over other shirts or a bathing suit on the way to the restaurant. It also has SPF and a hidden security pocket within the larger pocket.
I do reccommend, but not this bone one. In fact, the one I returned at REI over 6 months ago is STILL hanging on the clearance rack!
