Comments about WrightSock Multisport Double-Layer Ankle Socks - 2010 Seconds:
I've been running distace for years now and these are my all time favorites. Comfort, fit and very durable. Well cut and very wickable for any weather or temp. No frills just well executed idea that really works. Try them. (they don't shrink, btw)

Comments about WrightSock Multisport Double-Layer Ankle Socks - 2010 Seconds:
I run ~ 20-30 miles per week and have had some issues with friction blisters. I have only done 2 short runs in my new Wrightsocks (3-4 miles each) but they felt great! No friction problems and they kept my feet dry! I must mention that they are ultra thin, so if you like a sock with some cushion these are not for you. Dollar for dollar these are a great buy!

Comments about WrightSock Multisport Double-Layer Ankle Socks - 2010 Seconds:
This sock is so small that it shrunk to just the size of my palm after washing it once. The material feels comfortable. But I can't testify to any of the features.[...]

Comments about WrightSock Multisport Double-Layer Ankle Socks - 2010 Seconds:
These are great socks for working out and any high friction activities where cushioning is not at a major concern. I have made several purchases of these factory seconds from REI and have always been happy. The dual layer design really helps during racquetball to minimize blistering from the quick stops and direction changes. I have not noticed any shrinking issues and the socks have lasted longer than almost any of my other socks and I wear them more often than my other athletic socks. They are small and pack well making them good travel socks. They are extremely effective at wicking moisture and almost feel like you are wearing nothing when your shoes are off.
That "almost nothing" feeling makes these bad candidates for hiking or anything where you are looking for cushioning. They have virtually no cushioning properties. The only other annoyance is that due to the dual layer design they can sometimes be tedious to put on and the layers may not be lining up. I have noticed this more on certain pairs (probably 2 out of 13 pairs). It may be related to the defect that made that particular sock a second.

I love the way these socks feel, they are very comfortable and cool in the summertime.
But why the GIANT logo on the bottom? If i try to wear these with any shoe that isn't a tennis shoe the logo shows. Please WrightSock, make your logo smaller.

Comments about WrightSock Multisport Double-Layer Ankle Socks - 2010 Seconds:
I ordered the small becasue that was the only size - i usually wear a medium. They are pretty small, but do the trick in a pinch. Have some old shoes that need retiring, but use for the gym and they can give me blisters, but wore these socks and no blisters! I'm a fan. When they come back in Medium I will be ordering more. Spendy as most running socks tend to be.

Comments about WrightSock Multisport Double-Layer Ankle Socks - 2010 Seconds:
I have several pair of these socks in the black/gray color. I find them true to size and have never experienced any shrinkage, but I never put them in the drier. A great alternative to white socks which never come out clean in the laundry.

Bought 6 pairs of Large - after 1st washing and Line drying (did not use dryer) they shrank full size to medium - tried to stretch wet and re dry - no help - move right down my feet as I walk - do not purchase, you will be disapointed
Comments about WrightSock Multisport Double-Layer Ankle Socks - 2010 Seconds:
These are great socks. Like others have said, they are very thin, but I actually prefer thinner socks. They fit a little small, but not too small; I wear an 11-12 depending on the shoe brand, and the large socks fit perfectly. The 2-layer design greatly reduces friction; I've never gotten blisters with these socks. I'm about to order my 5th and 6th pair.

Comments about WrightSock Multisport Double-Layer Ankle Socks - 2010 Seconds:
These socks are extremely light and thin. I can't feel them until I start walking. Once you're on the move, the "Friction Free" dual layers kick in and start sliding against each other and reducing friction. It feels really weird at first but you get used to it. I haven't washed them enough to comment on the durability but I'm sure it'll be fine.
