Comments about CycleOps 300 Pro Indoor Cycle:
This is the same bike I have been using in my spin classes and I am training based on zones. the power meter allows long comfortable and efficient training since you can train exactly where you need to train.
I only wish it came with peddles :(
but since I am new to biking and all the costs associated with everything it should be no surprise.

Comments about CycleOps 300 Pro Indoor Cycle:
Very solid bike and infinitely adjustable. One of the few indoor bikes that I could set up exactly like my Tri bike...(clip on tri bars work well). Out of saddle sprints are very stable, and resistance setting is the easiest I've used. Stop pedaling and the pedals stop just like a free wheel bike....this I believe is good for the serious cyclist but some may not like it. There is no flywheel assist like many of the bikes in indoor cycling classes. The Power Tap is a wonderful addition and is another reason I bought this bike. Not looking forward to the indoor season much, but excited to be on some good equipment.
