    These Atlas 927 Elektra snowshoes feature a women-specific design for an efficient, comfortable stride, plus all-around versatility that works on rolling terrain and off groomed trails.

    • Tough frames are crafted from 6061 aluminum to create a stiff yet lightweight chassis
    • Designed for a woman's stance and stride, the optimized nose and tail shapes provide a balanced platform for stable footing and easy walking
    • Free-Rotating™ Suspension lets the binding rotate much farther forward than previous Atlas designs, freeing up the stride and reducing the amount of tail flip
    • The result is that freedom of movement is increased, the toe crampon can bite into snow better and the foot is allowed a more natural rotation
    • Abrasion-resistant, lightweight Nytex™ nylon decks stay flexible when cold and stand up to the elements for lasting use
    • Wrapp™ bindings use a single-pull, continuous webbing design that tightens snugly with a light tug; bindings also cradle feet and arches for a secure, comfortable fit

          I love these snowshoes. They're the lightest I've owned, and they're so pretty! The bindings are not as easy to get in and out of as I expected, but I think they'll loosen up with use and become easy to manipulate. I've tried the snowshoes in all terrain and in different snow conditions. First trip out I sank deeply off-trail, but it would have taken a boat to float me on 18 inches of fresh, classic Utah powder. Overall very pleased with this bargain buy.

            We had a particularly mild winter in the Chicago area this year and I bought these snowshoes because I didn't want to stop hiking the forest preserve trails on the few days that we did finally have snow. I read a lot of online reviews and actually entered my closest REI store expecting to buy a different brand. A store employee listened to my needs and steered me to this pair. I have loved them! They're perfect for the flat, undemanding terrain of most trails in Illinois and so easy to get into and out of. I can't wait for next winter!

              These are wonderful, super easy to adjust and take off or on, adjustments stay put too. The color is the prettiest I've seen and the functionality is perfect too. All for a reasonable price.
