These women's Craft XC Storm tights are designed to block wind without hindering movement during fast-paced winter pursuits such as cross-country skiing and running.

Front panels use a polyester fabric with a thin laminated layer sandwiched between the outside and inside for excellent wind protection with minimal impact on breathability
Polyester stretch fleece panels at back and lower legs offer easy motion and enhanced breathability
Reflective detailing increases your visibility in low light
Drawcord waist ensures a comfortable, snug fit
Opening under knees optimizes freedom of movement

I love this pant, warm and comfortable! I originally purchased for winter biking, but do use them for the intended purpose of XC Skiing. The only problem I've had with them is the back material piling, only when using them for biking. And you can never have enough pockets, adding more wouldn't hurt!

I tend to be on the edge between a M and L. The L fit fine in the legs but the crotch was baggy. The medium was too snug in the legs but fit great in the hips so I ended up returning them both. I have a similar pair of pants that I love to run in. I appreciate the wind resistance front with the stretch in back. It's perfect for cross country skiing or winter running. I'll try a different brand for the fit.
