I got these becuase I live in central TX and wanted to try and avoid getting a long sleeve jersey I would only wear a couple months out of the year. They fit great and are warm as hell. The only problem is that if its less then 60 you have to get something windproof for your torso. (I had to get a windstopper jacket) In this case it almost works to well and gets pretty hot making you sweat. The upside is that they are really easy to take off and store in a jersey pocket.
Overall Yes I would def. recommend this to a friend.

In low 60-ish degree weather I can usually get away with just a jersey and these and ditch the outer layer all together. In colder weather (down into the 30's), with anything over them, these tend to get sweaty after about 5 miles. Sometimes I'll shed them mid-commute but it's really not a big deal.

I wash them after every use. They still fit great after nearly a year and look like new.

I am 5'5", apx. 150lbs and do not feel my arms are all that small, but the size small slid off of my arms the entire time I rode my mtb today. They were "elbow warmers" for the most part. Not sure what to do now because they are super warm, but they don't come in an XS. : (

These arm warmers are really nice. I picked up two pairs; one for myself, and one for my cycling partner. Mine fit great, and I would definitely buy this product again. However, my cycling partner had the smallest size and they were still too big for her. Perhaps they need to have an even smaller size for smaller people.

These take the chill out of morning cycling.
