      A friend recommended I use Hammer Recoverite while training for a marathon to reduce my recovery time. I was skeptical at first but followed his advice and began using the product after my training runs. After using the product I discovered that my recovery time had dramatically decreased. I was so impressed with the results of the Recoverite that I began training with other Hammer products. I am now training on my road bike in prepartion for a future triathalon event. I am using Recoverite after my rides with the same results. I am always recommending this product to my friends and acquaintances who are training for endurance events and seeking to reduce recovery time after their training sessions. I believe that the product is a little pricey, but well worth the investment if you a are a serious athlete.

        I tried this product after some suggestions on my favorite cycling web forum. Needless to say I thought this would be "snake oil", but after the first use I was hooked. I have been training for a 100 mile mountain bike race, and more often than not my legs were just to sore to train 2 days straight. After taking this just once, my legs were not sore later that day, and definitely not sore the next day. I have been using this since then, and have been able to train back to back days with legs that feel fresh and ready to go. i personally like the citrus flavor the best.Bottom line this stuff really works!

          I started using this from the recommendation of a cycling buddy. After a really hilly ride, I use Recoverite and the next day you would have never know I even rode the day before. I had one of my friends use it after she completed a marathon (and she has a very sensitive stomach) and the next day she was in high heels. She couldn't believe how fast she recovered with no upset stomach. This is a great product! I highly recommend it!
