I bought this jacket because I needed a new fleece. I previously got a fleece jacket from target and wanted to buy a high quality jacket. I wear it almost everyday to work or out running errands! It keeps me warm, and even has a hood in case it starts to rain! In California, the weather is not that extreme so this was perfect for me. I did go to the store to try on the sizes. I am 5'2 and 120 lbs. I thought I would be a small, but the xsmall fit better. I suggest trying it on first if you have the chance.

It shipped fast, and it even arrived earlier than it said. I chose to have it shipped to REI and it was fast and easy!

Zipper fell apart after only a few months of use. Sent it back to the company for repair was told it will take 4 weeks to repair plus 7-10 business days to send back. Including the time it took me to mail it to them, my daughter will be without this jacket for almost 2 months! Too long to wait as this is her main everyday winter jacket for school. North Face Warranty Dept. was not very friendly to deal with along with such a slow turnaround, no sure I would purchase this again. Pategonia is much easier to deal with -- have a faster turnaround on products -- given that I paid full price for this ([$]) and it lasted such a short time, I will choose another product next time.DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS JACKET.

I have always wanted a North Face and finally got this one for Christmas. I absolutely love this jacket and want to get another! My sister likes the jacket so much that she is actually taking back the gift and is giving me the money to order another one!

I love this coat! I kept buying cheap fleece coats, hesitating to drop so much money on a fleece, but it is worth it. This fleece is so warm. I love the patches on the shoulders and arms. They keep you dry in a light rain. I also love that this coat has a hood, unlike most fleeces. I would recommend this product to everyone. I wish I would have bought it sonner, instead of wasting money on cheap feeces.

This is the first North Face item I've ever bought, and I have to say that I'm not seeing what the big deal is. This super-expensive fleece hoodie is nothing special. The fit is weird. The size around my body is perfect, but the sleeves are really short, and the length of the jacket is short enough that if I reach up my stomach shows. I find myself constantly tugging the jacket back down. If I go up a size so the length and sleeves are okay, the rest of the jacket is too baggy. The elastic around the wrists is awful. It's so stiff and scratchy that it was literally rubbing my wrists raw. It got so uncomfortable that I had to take it off after only an hour of wear. My wrists were bright red. And I honestly didn't think it was any warmer than the cheaper, more comfortable fleece jackets I own. This is going back to the store. What a disappointing product.
