I bought this cooler 2 years ago and it has been a constant disappointment. The ice begins to melt almost immediately. I began to use dry ice at the bottom (very expensive) and ice on the top. Even the dry ice evaporates within a couple of days (yes i packed it correctly). I wish I'd kept the receipt so I could have returned it.

We bought this cooler to use on our camping trips and could not be happier. It kept for 4 days, on the third day the ice was starting to melt, but there was definitely still ice in the cooler by the 4th day. We had the cooler stuffed with food and kept it in the shade all the time, but it did get up to over 90 degrees. The product does say 5 days of ice which we didn't get to but it still kept our food very cool for a long time, better than any other cooler we have come across. The dual lid is great for getting things out without letting all the cold air out of the cooler. The handle to roll the cooler is excellent and works much better than any other cooler on wheels we have had before. This cooler is a great value, not over that $50 mark. Having the spout in the middle also made it very easy to drain and clean. We strongly recommend it!!

I was very disappointed on how it did NOT keep cool for 5 days! They should change it to keeping things cold for 1 day. I packed it with cold food & cold drinks & put one whole bag of ice in it. I drove 3 hours to the campground & opened it only once to get my meat out for dinner. I kept it in a cool, shaded place & opened it only the one time that whole night. By next morning, the ice was completely melted. I had to refill it with a new bag of ice for every day that I was camping. The temperatures did not exceed more than 87 degrees F. I'm just glad that I didn't spend more money on this product! I am very disappointed in this cooler & will never buy this brand ever again!
