Comments about REI Down Vest - Toddler Girls':

I received the 18mo size vest for my average-sized 12mo daughter (21lbs,30") and it is quite snug. I can't imagine her wearing anything more bulky than a tee-shirt underneath. I'm going to exchange it for a bigger size. It is super-cute, just too tight.
