FlexVent™ shoulder straps and back panel were designed in partnership with the American Chiropractic Association to offer a new standard in load-carrying comfort
Injection-molded shoulder straps create flex zones to alleviate clavicle hot spots, pressure points and neck strain
Comfortable air-mesh back panel features an improved fit with a recessed channel that helps take pressure off your spine

Great choice if you are looking for a small day pack. I use mine for school and it fits enough books for me, but could be too small for someone who carries a lot of books. Very comfortable and the pockets are good for organization. Overall,it is well worth the money.
