          This company definitely gives you a bang for your buck with the food they can pack into the pouch. I thought this one tasted like kraft mac and cheese and wasn't too impressed with the finished product. Adding some extra veggies like someone else on here did is a good idea. I would opt for some freeze dried broccoli to make this meal seem complete.

            The clear bottom of the package is a nice feature of this brand, and I liked other flavors they made, but this one wasn't good. The powdered sauce clumped and the finished product wasn't very desirable. Some of the noodles were fully cooked and some were a bit crunchy.

              This was delicious. The red pepper gives it a bit of flavor that fettucine alfredo usually doesn't have. Kept it from being bland. Added some freeze dried green beans to get some veggies in there. Another major plus: this was one of the few meals we ate this trip that actually seemed enough for two hungry people.

                  I picked one of these up at the REI in Sandy, UT on my way up to Kings Peak, UT. I thought this meal was great (keep in mind it's freeze dried, haha) and of course easy to prepare. This meal is top 3 of the freeze dried meals I've had. I like that the clear bottom is integrated into the packaging making it easy to make sure you got a thorough stirring job when mixing in your boiling water. The cook time wasn't bad at 10,000 feet, and was a perfect dinner for the night before my summit.
