This watch is one of the best things about my training! I am a marathon runner so I like to do many different types of workouts. Whether it be speed laps around the track, shorter timed runs, or long-distanced conditioning runs, this watch does everything I need. I won't go into all of the amazing functions, but this watch goes above and beyond what my last one did (also a Timex Ironman watch). And the best part: the touch screen! It makes keeping track of mile/km splits a breeze when running a race or training, lets you stop a timer much faster, and is just an all-around GREAT improvement from the older models--there is no fumbling around the edges for the tiny buttons when you are dead tired. I recommend this watch without hesitation.
