Comments about CamelBak FlashFlo Hydration Waistpack - 45 fl. oz. - '09 Closeout:
ample amount of water, carry an extra bottle for long trips, then pour it into this fanny pack.
better/ easier to stay hydrated, esp while cycling, and beats the heck out of a heavy bag sweating on your back on a hot ride. better insulation than the polar bottles. ample room to carry some food/ gear.
more stable than back loaded bags.

Comments about CamelBak FlashFlo Hydration Waistpack - 45 fl. oz. - '09 Closeout:
I bought this because I wanted a Camelbak for cycling that wouldn't be on my back and affect my stability. I love it - sure beats a water bottle for hydration. I have a 100 oz day pack for hiking but it is too bulky for cycling.
The only thing that would make this better is 70 oz bladder vs 45 as on long rides, I do power through the water, but then it would be heavier. I use this on EVERY RIDE and I just trained for and completed my own personal century ride - that was over 1,100 miles of training rides.
