        I needed a pair of glasses that could provide full protection. My Dr. recommended wraparound sunglasses and I had a difficult time find some that fit comfortably and weren't too big or that didn't go over other glasses. These are light, give great coverage and look nice as well. I feel like my eyes are receiving adequate protection from the southern Colorado sun/

        I bought a pair of Fuel Cells Oakley glasses about a year ago. They were comfortable for my large head and the polarization was decent. However on the inside of the lenses the coating began to peal off after about 8 months. I replaced them at REI for another pair of the same type and this one seems to be holding up better.

        The glasses do scratch pretty easily. Another issue is while driving with them they hinder your peripheral vision making it harder to check your blind spot.

        Even though they have some issues these are very comfortable glasses and I believe worth the money especially if you purchase them from REI.

        Although they are not my go to sunglasses, I think they are great. The Fuel Cells offer excellent protection and coverage from the sun. They are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Having a big face, it sits just right where they should. They are so light and durable, that I wear them when at the beach and for travelling. On the other hand, they are a bit pricey, unless you do your homework and find the store with the best deal. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent pair of shades.
