The Ortlieb City-Biker pannier is a shoulder bag, too! On the bike or on the shoulder, the City-Biker always looks good on a tour through town.

Vertical-style shoulder bag with rip-and-stick flap closure ensures protection of files and laptops up to 13.3 in.; base and corners are reinforced for extra durability
Padded shoulder strap ensures a comfortable carry; during the ride, it stows securely on the underside of the flap closure
Quick-Lock2 hook rail allows quick and single-handed placement and removal of the pannier from bike rack (sold separately); hooks are removable
Made of tough, long lasting waterproof nylon fabric; lined with ripstop nylon
Includes an interior zip pocket, pen slots and key clip
Includes a carrying handle

I ride my bike to work everyday and I was previously using one of the larger Ortlieb bags for my laptop, a change of clothes and my lunch. This was all bit difficult to fit in to one bag and now with the Ortlieb City-Biker Single Pannier I have enough room for everything. I also love that now my computer and all of my papers for work are organized in a separate bag that looks sleek enough to bring into meetings with out anyone noticing that it's a bike bag.

Comments about Ortlieb City-Biker Single Pannier:

I ride to work 5 days a week rain or shine (lots of winter rain). This bag has been perfect for commuting. It says it can only fit a 13.3" laptop, by 15" fits just fine. I can fit my laptop and lunch and gloves but no more. The bag is thin, but they it looks nice/sleek enough you can walk around at work with it. I would imagine this bag isn't good for much else due to the size contraint. Because the bottom of the bag doesn't have a hook (only at the top) the bag can swing a little with a lot of movement.
