The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Petzl Ultra Belt Accu 4 Headlamp:
This is one awesome light, swift on the head, improves reaction time to the terrain ahead improving your reaction time by allowing far-off visibility unattainable with other lights. Trail-ran this light through several trails in the Tetons and is simply incredible how it lights the night away. Will pack an additional battery pack for increasing real time use to 6-hours. Have not tried it in the Mountain Bike yet, but will soon. Best of all it follows my vision, not expected to behave like handle installed light that limits visibility to where you aim the bike. Can't say enough nice things about it. For me is about quality and safety, not about price. What good is cheap lighting if I fall off a cliff (some are so dim rescuers won't find me),

wouldn't use this product at [$] I would hire someone to carry a bigger light for me.

Comments about Petzl Ultra Belt Accu 4 Headlamp:
One buys this knowing it is a bit bulky and heavier than many others but having had lights fade in the dark while route finding the measure of safety the long beam provides is great. The HOWEVER is that the belt model does NOT provide any way to attach the battery to a belt, harness, pack. It will have to go into a pocket or pack.

Comments about Petzl Ultra Belt Accu 4 Headlamp:
At first I was skeptical of the battery pack with cord. Yes, it's more awkward than a normal headlamp but when I see how much more light/time I get compared to my camping/skiing buddies, I am more than ok with this. I've used it for camping/backpacking so far but true intention is to use this for back country skiing trips.
