Read More I couldn't be more unhappy with this jacket. It just seems as though no one bothered to test it out before selling it. There is a liner that follows the path of the zipper, which causes it to get seriously caught in the zipper track most of the time. The velcro pieces that help hold the zipper closed can easily catch on the mesh pockets inside the jacket when it's open...separating them can force the mesh to get stretched out. I wanted to like this jacket, as it's thin and looks fine, but it ends up being way more of a hassle than clothing should be. I should have paid no more than maybe $15 for this. -

Read More Lightweight, waterproof and fit well. Can also use it as a windbreaker. I'm 6', 180, 35" sleeves, 43" chest and got the XL. That size feels fine on its own, but is roomy enough to wear over a warm layer. What you don't get at this price point is the genuine breathability of higher end jackets. I noticed condensation inside after wearing it for a while. That's not a huge issue for me but it might bother some people. The zipper setup is a little strange with small velcro closures along the main zipper; quick, unconscious zipping seems to wind up with fabric getting caught in the zipper. When I was using it everyday in a recent backpack trip in the Rawah wilderness I became zipper mindful and avoided snagging. -

Read More Haven't tried this in a heavy downpour yet but it is what I wanted for bicycling - a light weight rain jacket to put on if I get caught in a storm. The jacket seems well made and has all I could ask for in something so inexpensive - velcro wrist , adjustable hood, decent zipper, taped seams, and good overall fit. -
Jun 4, 2014Good quality per buckI was surprised by the quality for the low price I paid.

Sep 26, 2013lightweight and effectiveGot it for hiking and casual wear. And it works. very light weight. I chose size that doesn't permit layering, but you can with larger size

May 1, 2013NOT BREATHABLE.Advertised as breathable, yet it wasn't. I returned it.
Read More Not the best rain jacket but not bad either. Tested the Trabagon the first day I bought it during a heavy downpour and the jacket held up well. It has enough ventilation to keep cool (love the back mesh lining), the waterproof material kept me dry, the drawstring features at the hem and hood are practical, and plenty of pockets (two inside and two out), it's lightweight and packable (stores into the left hand pocket), and good looking. As noted with other reviewers, the zipper and closure mechanism is a bit complex. In addition to the inside liner, the zipper can get caught with the outside liner. Moreover, there are five velcro enclosures and two buttons (one at the top and one at the bottom). All these features add to the less than seamless experience of just trying to close the darn thing. However, overtime you'll get used to it.
