Other than a leaky lid and valve, works great. Just make sure the lid is screwed on as tight as possible and the valve is pressed all the way down. Have used for one month on 4-mile, 5-mile, and 6-mile runs. Strap does not tighten competely, but works well. Zippered pouch seems water resistant and snugly holds my thin cell phone, 2 keys on the hook, and energy chews. Haven't tried to use with really hot or hold liquids yet, but keeps cold tap water cool.
