The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Delta Rothko Rolling Bike Stand:
I saw the wheels on this thing at the store. I thought it was a dumb idea but it was the only one that fit the space I was trying to put it in. I was right, it was dumb.
The wheels make it completely unstable. It rolls around on any flat surface, like I don't know... a garage? Or a hardwood floor of townhouse? It might be great on carpet. Maybe I should put it in my living room instead? Well, maybe I can salvage it by taking the wheels off? Nope, then it just flops side to side and makes the bike topple over. If I could give this thing negative stars, I would. Steer clear of this piece of junk.

Comments about Delta Rothko Rolling Bike Stand:
Believe it or not, I saw some negative reviews about this product online before I went to the store. However, when I was at the store, an employee reccommended it. I bought it, took it home, assembled it, put my bike in it, and watched my bike promptly fall over. Now I'm taking it back. In my opinion, it is too small and lightweight.

Comments about Delta Rothko Rolling Bike Stand:
First off, kudos to REI for the reviews on their website. Which is why I feel like a real idiot for buying this thing w/o checking it first. I agree with most of the other people. It works marginally better than just letting go of the bike and watching it fall over. And it also compresses the spokes. Construction was also not really impressive, but it wasn't very expensive either. One thing I disagree with the other commenters: it was actually a breeze to install. What's so tough about putting two rods into the holes, and installing 4 nuts? Also, I really like the fact that it came with its own installation tool. All things considered though, I was disappointed. I'll probably keep it around for ride prep and maintenance, but it otherwise won't see much use. One last thing - don't use it on the front tire, it's just not stable enough. Use on the back tire.

Comments about Delta Rothko Rolling Bike Stand:
I purchased this product to keep my bike stable while stored. It does a very good job of it while allowing me to wheel the bike around tight places in order to pick it up if needed. The instructions & drawings were confusing though, but once I was able to figure it out, it went very quickly to assemble in a few mins. It looks very nice inside a residence.

Recommend to pick up at store if possible.

Comments about Delta Rothko Rolling Bike Stand:
Bought it to keep the bike right side up while prepping for the ride, instead of leaning the bike on the car or laying it down on the ground. Although, I have to say it's not a good idea to leave the bike in this stand overnight or an extended amount of time. Because the bike tends to lean to either side and the spokes leans against the metal support which puts pressure on the spokes which is not good for the spokes or wheels. If the mfr make the supports wider so that the tires would lean against them instead of the spokes, this stand would work better. Otherwise, I would not recommend this for overnight or extended period storage.

I use the product to keep my bike up straight. The Delta Rothko Rolling Bike Stand by Delta rolls when you want it to and doesn't when you don't.

Comments about Delta Rothko Rolling Bike Stand:
It's OK. What is good is that it is small, lightweight and holds my bike up - which is what it was mostly intended to do. I store my bike indoors and this obviates the need to lean it against a wall. But it rolls when I'm setting the wheel in, parallelograms out of square, and generally is too light to do a really good job. I'm going to try removing the wheels and replacing them with crutch tips or something like that. Then I'll try cross-bracing the base tubes so it stays square. I'm torn about making a recommendation. I probably would not, but it would depending on the friend, the bike and the situation.

Comments about Delta Rothko Rolling Bike Stand:
I know this is premature, 'cause I just got the bike and the stand last night. So call these observations. (1) this was the LAST storage option I thought of. For the first time, I have to store a bike in my living space and I was going to hang it. (2) You know how you don't think you need a store guy? Glad Joe at the Columbia, MD store came to talk to me, 'cause I might not even have noticed this in its teeny box otherwise. We went over pro/con for all the options. (3) The "cheap" ([$] hook) option isn't, when one goes into the intrusion on space, getting the drill right, getting the bike up, getting the bike down, rearranging the living room, etc. It would have been way more than [$]' hassle. (4) I moved one thing that I'm not using, and the bike went in this, and right into that corner. The room actually has more space now. (5) It's the only option that makes the bike easy to get outside. No lifting, no twisting around corners. Wheel it out of the corner; turn the front end 45 degrees; and out. (6) It wasn't the easiest thing to put together, but was no more difficult than I thought it would be. I am NOT mechanically minded. (7) Put it in the stand last night; when I left for work this morning it was still there and doing fine. Time will tell. (8) Carpet may help retard unwanted rolling. Of course, a kickstand (mine doesn't have one) is harder on a wood floor (useless on carpet), and really not loads more stable than this. (9) Stress on spokes. Yeah. Thought of that. But hanging it by one wheel is stress free?Like I said. We'll see. But at the moment, I'd tell anyone looking over his inside storage options to at least consider this little gizmo. So far, so good.(No, it won't just wheel right in there and hold like a rock. Make sure it's stable before you leave it. I actually give mine a couple little swats to make sure range of motion doesn't include topple-to-floor.)

Comments about Delta Rothko Rolling Bike Stand:
We use this to hold our tandem in the garage so it doesn't have to lean on anything. Bottom line, it does the job. If you're looking for a simple stand to hold your bike up, this will work. If you're after something very sturdy or fancy, keep shopping.

Comments about Delta Rothko Rolling Bike Stand:
I'm surprised at the negative reviews for this stand because I like it a lot. I got it because I needed something to hold my bike while I'm getting ready to go out for a ride--inflating tires, getting gear on, etc. I got tired of leaning my bike against something only to watch it fall over. Anyway, having small wheels on it allows me to move the bike around without taking it out of the stand--it's convenient! And it works for both mountain bikes and road bikes. Unfortunately the bike does tend to lean in the rack, which puts pressure on the spokes. For this reason I wouldn't recommend it for long-term use. I'm pretty sure this rack is only meant to be used with the back tire, not the front, which can pivot and cause the bike to fall.
