The catalog currently fails to mention in the description or show an image of the back of this shirt, which is a major issue as there are 3 weird looking "pine trees" embroidered over the shoulder blade area of the right rear of the shirt. Actually, they are more of a cross between fish skeletons and pine trees.
Also, the words "On a mission" are embroidered into the rear of the collar so as to be visible to people behind you.
This shirt is quite frustrating because they really nailed the comfort and fit, but I ordered it for comfortable/casual Friday work-wear and IMHO the stuff on the back doesn't cut it in work-place attire.
If you are just looking for casual attire, this shirt may work well for you, although you may end up answering questions about what mission you are on.

The on-line photos don't show it, but there is a large stitched logo on the back right shoulder. It looks like three trees and is about 3-1/2 inches high. I thought I would wear these to work, but now I doubt I will. Strictly for weekend wear. Otherwise, I really like the shirt. Wish the description were better. I may have bought just one instead of three.

This is an awesome polo, but just so you know, there is a design on the back shoulder of a tree that is sewn into the shirt - I wasn't expecting it and really just wanted a simple polo but it's not that large...

Wish I had read the reviews. Was surprised to find the cheesy words on the collar and stitched trees on the right shoulder. Poor representation on the website. Don't care for the added design/slogan and can't wear it to work. Plan on returning the shirt.
