Comments about Topeak RX Trunk DXP with Panniers - Pair:
I have used this bag on daily commutes and buzzing around town. It is part of Topeak's lighter weight QuickTrack bag and rack combo. Small lock, wallet, cell phone, small pump, small tool kit, tube, lunch, and change in clothing all go in in this flexible bag. The slide off feature is fantastic. There is a little loop on the back to clip a tail light.
While the zippers have not worn out I fear they will. I wish all bag makers would use the big toothed zippers.
The bag's rack is light, the rubber pieces that go between the seat post and rack clamp are too fussy to make it something you'll take on and off quickly. So plan to put it on and leave it on.
Over all it a great setup for a commuter.

Comments about Topeak RX Trunk DXP with Panniers - Pair:
This pack is large enough to carry spare tubes and tools plus other odds and ends.
I haven't used the side paniers but they are pretty large which carry quite a bit.

Comments about Topeak RX Trunk DXP with Panniers - Pair:
I use it manly around town/long day trips. I carry some tools/kits/maps/lock/and enough room for anything else I might buy at stops at store on way home. I will up grade to larger bags for serious trips of camping-longer travels needs.

Comments about Topeak RX Trunk DXP with Panniers - Pair:
I use this bag on my commuter bike and it works great for me. At full capacity I can fit a pair of pants, belt, socks, wallet, cell phone, and keys in the main compartment. With the panniers open I can fit a shirt and undershirt on one side, and a pair of shoes on the other. The shoes have to stick out the top of the unzipped pannier but I have never had any issues with them sliding around or worried about losing them to a pot hole. On cloudy days I can slide an umbrella under the elastic bands at the top. I use this bag with my Explorer MTX rack, which works great. Easy to slide on and off. If you are looking for a bag that can hold tons of gear, including tubes, tools, etc. for a long commute I would recommend one of Topeak's larger bags, but this works great for my relatively short commute (about 2.5 miles one way), and I keep a spare tube, etc in a seperate wedge bag. It's also great for pleasure rides around town, when I just need a few essentials.
