Gave this as a gift to be used as a commuter mug. Carabiner clip opens at inopportune moments (i.e.it requires practice to be able to grasp & manipulate the handle effectively). Seal leaks, causing dribbling while drinking--not good. Perhaps this was just a dud and not a design flaw. Hard to tell. I would only recommend it if clipping the mug to something was a primary need.

The night shift at a Warehouse is not my preferred adventure location but when i am there working this mug works very well to keep me going. I make my tea at the start of the shift and use the clip to hang it from the safety screen on the reach trucks and order picking equipment. The clip keeps it firmly fastened and the base rests against the screen and keeps the mug up rite and stable even while doing hard turns. Just ordered two more for guys at work.
