Comments about Zoic Navaeh Bike Shorts - Women's:

The key to a good mountain biking short is that it should fit so it doesn't sag too low and get caught on your seat. Zoic tried to accomplish this by including velcro tabs at the waist. The only problem is either their measurements are off, or they assume that most mountain biking women have fat tires for waists and pencil thin legs. The end result is if you want the shorts to fit around your thighs, you have to order a size larger than normal. Your only option if you do that is to then cinch the waist using the velcro. You then have nice velcro tabs that like to get caught on your shirt, or are released when they get caught on your camelbak. The interior bike short has really thick padding and does not fit snug...so if you walk around much with it, you feel like you are wearing a diaper.

I really thought the shorts "looked great", so I am really bummed they lack in performance. They would have been perfect if the waist was more fitted (with a little elastic for give) and/or zoic included some belt-loops.
