Comments about Komperdell Kids' Ski Set - Special Buy:
Only good for the first 2 training exercises for teaching kids how to ski.
The first one would be putting them on and having them walk around in them.
Second is playing "catch". You know, the exercise where the co instructor will be 10ft up the hill holding the kid and the second instructor will be 10ft down the hill ready to catch the kid.
The second training exercise only requires the kid to balance on the ski and go straight down.
Then that's it!!!
YOU CANNOT MAKE A "PIZZA WEDGE" / "SNOWPLOW" WITH THIS SKI. (which is the 3rd exercise).
The skis connection to the foot is not strong enough to make the "snowplow".
So 3 stars for little kids who can only get through the first 2 exercises. Once they've mastered the first 2 exercises, they need some real skis with real boots and bindings to transfer the weight and pressure of the foot to the ski.
Service and delivery comments:
Customer service did not tell me that this ski could not make a "snowplow".
