    So, I can't attest to the long term durability/usefulness of these gloves, but I can tell you one thing: literally the first time I wore them, I crashed my bike and went down (hard) on my hands. Not only did my hands come out without a scratch on them (something that couldnt be said about my knee), the gloves weren't even damaged that I can see, other than roughed up a bit on the palms. I was expecting at least major tears and leaking padding!
