Great tasting and lighter than some of the other post-workout/recovery drinks. Helps cut down on post-exercise soreness and speeds recovery time. A great choice as the first thing to reach for after a good workout. Easy to digest without feeling bloated.

I do running, biking and swimming. This is a great product to take after workouts to start the recovery process and feel better the next day. I also take this backpacking and have it in the evening to help hydrate and to have a refreshing drink.
