i like these, but have to wash them often.
these are heavy, but heavy duty, too.
they have great traction for flip flops, so i am comfortable wearing them in the garden or on dirt. they don't slip on wet cement like other flops.
Keep in mind these are still flip flops, and don't offer the support of shoes- or even sandals. However, for flops these are very supportive and durable. They are cushioned, but not soft feeling.
The upper part is nice and wide and does offer superior support to thin straps. However they are thick enough that they don't dry quickly. The bottoms are great in wet, but the top part stays wet-feeling.

I got these for my b-friend for his b-day. He loves them. The lip on the back keeps rocks and stuff from flippin into your flip flop. Way comfortable and supports his foot well. His dad wants a pair now.
