Young Grayson wouldn't wear his brown helmet, and it was too small anyway. So, I exchanged for a colorful blue one, and he loves it. Color matters, I've learned. Let's ride!

This would be a great helmet if the outer plastic cover was made of better quality materials - it melts and warps and peels away from the foam helmet in moderate heat/sunshine (like 80 degree days). We bought this for our son, and will be replacing it. I ride my bike all the time in similar sunny conditions (often hotter) and have never seen another helmet melt and warp this way.

We bought this for our 4-year-old (who happens to be in the 99th percentile for height). I think he tried on a dozen different helmets at 4 different stores before we found this one. This fits perfectly, and we really like the design. And the lights on the back of the helmet are great, especially since he rides on a tag-along bike behind his dad.
