I have been skeptical of any type of recovery product. I believe a properly balanced diet should take care of any nutrient needs I might have. That being said, I found GU gels were really helping during my runs so why not try the GU recovery brew also. I must admit I'm very surprised at how affective the recovery brew has been for me. The speed with which my energy is restored after a long run is amazing. I don't care what the product looks or tastes like when it works so well. It's a total bonus that it actually tastes good and is easy to consume. Give it a try.
